Job Description

About the Role

Reviewing processing and assessing documentation ensuring all information is available for access decision in accordance with policy and legislation.

Making appropriate access decisions in accordance with delegated authority.

Maintaining records undertaking a range of data entry tasks.

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Scanning and filing documents according to agency standards and policies.

About You

  • Positive contemporary attitudes towards people with disability
  • Customer service and administration experience
  • Ability to work within a team adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Experience working with Microsoft programs (Outlook Excel Word)
  • Ability to synthesise and analyse information make decisions
  • Adaptable communication interpersonal skills
  • Competency with IT systems
