We are seeking an experienced business leader to join our team as a Director, Corporate Banking. As a key member of our corporate banking division, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with technology and e-commerce businesses.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled relationship manager with expertise in financial analysis, cash flow lending, and commercial practices. You will work closely with our customer-obsessed teams to deliver exceptional results and drive innovation across complex and sophisticated customer groups.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business banking, corporate banking, or similar fields, with a strong understanding of business and commercial practices. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.

As a Director, Corporate Banking, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Originating and structuring new transactions
  • Maintaining and enhancing the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio
  • Implementing annual business/strategic plans

You will also support the Deal Structuring & Execution team in preparing business lending proposals and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
