Network Security Architect

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Architect to lead the development of secure, scalable and reliable network architectures. This is a great opportunity for a skilled professional to design and implement modern network infrastructure solutions.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of network security principles, protocols and best practices. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and implementing secure network architectures, as well as assessing and enforcing security protocols to protect the network from potential threats.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable and secure network architectures.
  • Assess and enforce security protocols to protect the network from potential threats.
  • Automate security configurations and infrastructure-as-code practices to reduce operational overhead and improve reliability.
  • Perform routine assessments and optimize network devices to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Drive troubleshooting efforts and manage incident response to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network security, cloud-based security solutions and Zero Trust architectures. Familiarity with well-known products in the field of VPN, Firewalls, Switches, Routers and Wireless Controllers and Access Points is also required. Additionally, proficiency in scripting and automation tools such as Python, Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools is necessary.

  • Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with network security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks).
  • Experience with cloud-based security solutions and Zero Trust architectures.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols and best practices.
