RPS Group is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HSSEQ team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate tender and proposal responses to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain third-party contractor management prequalification portals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the supplier management program to ensure effective relationships with suppliers.
- Manage system document control, including coordination of reviews, revisions, and formatting.
- Maintain the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Administer the AAP external training and competency register to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and prepare communications, including monthly bulletins, reports, and alerts.
- Coordinate team meetings and ensure accurate minutes are maintained.
- Assist with coordination of management system-related training to ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest requirements.
- Maintain the HSSEQ SharePoint page and ensure accurate information is displayed.
You Will Have:
- 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a HSSEQ or compliance-related role.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to edit SharePoint pages and create/maintain PowerBI reports.
- Be open to taking initiative, learning, and growing in the role.
