RPS Group is seeking an experienced HSSEQ Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our HSSEQ team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate tender and proposal responses to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Maintain third-party contractor management prequalification portals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the supplier management program to ensure effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Manage system document control, including coordination of reviews, revisions, and formatting.
  • Maintain the HSSEQ online tool (Donesafe) and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Administer the AAP external training and competency register to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and prepare communications, including monthly bulletins, reports, and alerts.
  • Coordinate team meetings and ensure accurate minutes are maintained.
  • Assist with coordination of management system-related training to ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest requirements.
  • Maintain the HSSEQ SharePoint page and ensure accurate information is displayed.

You Will Have:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a HSSEQ or compliance-related role.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to edit SharePoint pages and create/maintain PowerBI reports.
  • Be open to taking initiative, learning, and growing in the role.
