Geriatric Care Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Aged Care.

  • Provide exceptional care to elderly residents, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions to ensure optimal well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • At least six months of experience in aged care or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities to make informed decisions about resident care.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to delivering high-quality care and services.
