Waste Management Operative

The role of Waste Management Operative is a permanent full-time position based in Port Kembla, NSW. As a Waste Management Operative, you will operate Vacuum Trucks and Road Tankers, load and unload commercial and industrial waste, and interact with clients in various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently to ensure the safe transportation of waste.
- Load and unload waste from commercial and industrial sites while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain vehicle checks and service tracking to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by being responsive to their needs and concerns.
- Permanent – Full Time – Port Kembla, NSW
- Day shift with flexible start times to accommodate individual needs
- Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided to ensure a safe working environment
- A manual (road ranger) HR or HC licence with a clean driving record
- A good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing to ensure a healthy and safe working environment
