Responsibilities

  4. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain presentation and performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in the property industry and hold (or can obtain) a Property Representative Licence.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational ability.
  • A customer-first mindset and a professional, proactive approach.
  • Financial acumen and basic analytical skills to support property performance.
  • A current driver's licence and a willingness to embrace technology and forward thinking.
