About the role

In this exciting opportunity, you'll join a high-performing team within our Transport Shared Services Service Centre based in Dubbo. You will service internal and external staff via multiple channels, managing high volumes of enquiries and adhering to set processes.

  • You will act as the first point of contact across various customer service channels, providing prompt and proactive customer service, processing transactions, and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.
  • Please note, we are recruiting for temporary positions over the next 18 months in our Dubbo Service Centre, aiming to build a talent pool from this recruitment.

If you're process-driven and comfortable working against high volumes, flexible to work against a roster, and technology-savvy enough to learn multiple systems simultaneously, we encourage you to apply.

About you

We're looking for someone who has worked for an established organisation providing customer service either face-to-face or over the phone. You must be able to ask the right questions to find a solution efficiently and live locally to the Dubbo area.
