The role of the HR Business Partner is to collaborate with organisational leaders to develop people leadership capability and manage employment risks effectively.
About the Role- Provide expert advice on Human Resources (HR) matters, including workforce development, industrial relations, employee relations, talent management, employment life cycle, organisational development and change.
- Manage the deployment of internal and/or external resources to support business strategy and plans.
- Build strong partnerships and relationships with senior leaders within client groups, establishing high levels of professional credibility.
- Develop specialist portfolios in one or more aspects of human resources (e.g. Talent management, enterprise bargaining, workforce planning) and organisational services/departments.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices to achieve specified outputs, and advise on their application throughout the organisation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.

To be successful in this role, we require someone with:
- A minimum of 4 to 10 years' experience in HR Business Partnering or a related field, providing expert competence in generalist business partnering.
- Significant relevant experience as a business partner with strong Employee/Industrial Relations expertise in fast-paced, changing environments within large, diverse and complex organisations.
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience in effective conflict resolution and grievance management through mediation and conciliation.
