Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Rostering Coordinator to join our Home Care Services department. This fast-paced, phone-based role involves rostering direct care workers and nurses to provide aged care and nursing services in clients' homes and the community.

The Rostering Coordinator will be responsible for juggling priorities, including liaising with case managers, clients, and field staff, as well as maintaining timely and accurate record keeping.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Rostering and Scheduling Experience: Proven experience in an aged and disability service environment.
  • Client Focused Position: Demonstrated experience in providing superior customer service to clients and staff.
  • Logical Mind: Ability to see the bigger picture and solve complex rostering puzzles.
  • Administrative and Organisational Skills: Strong attention to detail and high level of organisational skills.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Carelink + Knowledge: Understanding of Carelink + system and its applications.
