About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
  • Oversee the maintenance and support of existing applications, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving application performance, reliability, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, as needed.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software application management, with a focus on enterprise software applications.
  • Proven experience in managing complex software projects, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
