About the Opportunity

This role involves supporting a dynamic team in handling various tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations, document control and workflow practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor estimating, scheduling and engineering inboxes and take action as required.
  • Coordinate and manage developer and council applications ensuring all required documentation and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline pre-construction and development approval processes.
  • Prepare, issue and track purchase orders, contracts and quotes in line with supplier agreements and business systems.
  • Monitor project milestones, permit dates, land contracts and deposits, ensuring accurate records are maintained across systems.
  • Assist with preparing and finalising plans, drawings, soil tests and engineering requirements to support construction handover.

In addition, you will have previous experience working in fast-paced, high-volume project coordination/administration roles in the construction industry, strong communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of the residential construction industry and resilience and growth mindset.
