Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and a proven track record of producing accurate and timely financial reports. You will be comfortable working with complex financial data and have excellent analytical skills to identify trends and insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide financial expertise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Professional certification (CA/CPA) an asset
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial accounting roles
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software
