Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience through attentive service, expert knowledge of the property and local area, and a genuine passion for customer care.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and sincere greetings to guests, engaging them in conversation about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services by making arrangements or identifying suitable providers.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, as well as local areas of interest and activities.
  • Contact relevant individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification from a nationally accredited training provider (RSA)
  • I'm Alert Food Safety Certification from the City of Perth
  • Unrestricted Driver's Licence
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the local area
  • Passion for customer service
  • Unrestricted working rights for Australia
