**Your day to day**
As a Guest Service Agent, you will report to the Reception Manager and you will be the face of our Hotel with your customer service-oriented personality, and great communication skills.

You will be liaising directly with our valued guests face-to-face, creating a memorable check in and out experience, settling their accounts, responding to phone queries and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home all whilst delivering on our passion to Make Guests Smile.

**What we need from you**
- Previous experience in a Hotel or customer service role,
- A passion for making guests smile and delivering a memorable experience,
- Have experience with hotel systems such as Opera,
- Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills,
- The ability to form genuine connections with guests and colleagues,
- A true passion for our brand, and be an ambassador for Holiday Inn and IHG.
- Manual WA Drivers Licence,
- Flexible availability - morning, evening, overnight, weekend and Public Holiday shifts are all part of the job,
- A Responsible Service of Alcohol certification, and
- A legal right to work in Australia.
