As a leader in Data and Analytics, you will design high-quality business solutions that create value and enhance performance, while inspiring junior team members and fostering a collaborative environment.

Make a Real Impact:

  • Lead and deliver Data & Analytics projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Design and develop high-quality business and technical solutions that improve performance and unlock opportunities for our clients.
  • Take ownership of your work, bringing autonomy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, effective Data & Analytics solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Stay ahead of industry, technology, and methodology trends to bring fresh thinking to every project.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to help them grow and succeed.
  • Build and maintain robust data pipelines, implement data engineering solutions, and ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Contribute to proposals, identify new opportunities, and support our growth.
  • Help develop and refine our methodologies and project collateral.

The Knowledge You Bring:

- Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions

- Data integration with various data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data

- Good skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design

- Experience in cloud Technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable)

- Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of industry trends

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- A background in consulting and professional services
