Job Overview

As a technical leader, you will oversee the design and development of Databricks-based data pipelines and models to support analytics, reporting, and AI use cases across the business.

This role involves architecting and building scalable and reliable data integration pipelines with a cloud-native approach, coordinating team efforts to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-impact analytics solutions.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Architecting Data Solutions: Design and build Databricks-based data solutions to power core reporting, analytics, MLOps, and generative AI initiatives.
  • Leading Team Efforts: Oversee and coordinate the data engineering and analytics team's efforts to ensure seamless support for business stakeholders.
  • Data Governance: Establish, maintain, and promote data standards, governance, and best practices across the data platform.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements and maximize business value from data.
About You
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience as a Data Engineer building and scaling solutions on a major cloud platform, with deep expertise in Databricks.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven mastery of leading and mentoring technical teams; people love to work with you, and you're known for elevating those around you.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders at every level.
