Customer Service Reviewer Position

This role involves visiting retail outlets to assess their store presentation, service quality, selling skills, and overall cleanliness. It requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and access to the internet.

We are looking for candidates who can effectively observe and report on their experiences as customers, then complete online surveys about their observations. This position is ideal for individuals with good memories, reliability, flexibility, and an ability to adapt to different situations.

The number of assignments available will depend on each candidate's availability, skill level, location, willingness to travel, and other factors. Surveys can take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour to complete.
