Our team is looking for a retail store customer experience reviewer to assess the service, presentation, and overall quality of retail stores. The ideal candidate will have excellent observation skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication abilities.

Job Description

As a customer review assistant, you will visit various retail outlets, observe the store environment, and gather data on customer service, product knowledge, and overall shopping experience. You will then document your findings in an online survey, providing valuable insights for our business partners.

This role requires a flexible individual with a keen eye for detail, good memory, and reliable access to the internet. You will need to work independently, think critically, and communicate effectively through written reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to retail stores to observe customer service, product knowledge, and overall shopping experience.
  • Document findings in an online survey, providing detailed feedback on each store's strengths and weaknesses.
  • Analyze and interpret data from surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement.
