Empowering Young Minds as an OSHC Educator

We are seeking experienced and passionate Educators to join our team in providing engaging experiences for young children.
This is a casual position with varying working hours, including split shifts. As an Outside of School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator, you will be dedicated to empowering young minds and have a passion for creating a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of diverse learners.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Certificate III in Children's Services or Diploma in Community Work or equivalent qualification.
- First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate.
- Victorian Working with Children's Check – employee check.
- Free access to gyms, recreation, and aquatics centres.
- Discounts for your children to attend a similar service or Early Learning centre.
- Dual staffing policy – always work alongside a Coordinator or another Educator.
- Supportive management teams – Coordinators and Regional OSHC Coordinators who work on the floor.
