Lead Youth Facilitator Role

This is a Lead Youth Facilitator role based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

The role has a senior level of responsibility and requires experience working with large groups of young people.

About the Position

As a Lead Youth Facilitator you will be responsible for delivering workshops and programs to empower young Australians to develop skills, confidence and mindset. You will lead a team of facilitators to ensure smooth sessions and create an inspiring learning environment where everyone thrives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging educational content that connects with diverse audiences
  • Build strong relationships with partners and participants
  • Lead a team of facilitators to achieve program objectives
  • Create a fun and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Energy, motivation and a real passion for working with young people
  • Confident leadership skills
  • Experience engaging and managing large groups of young people
  • A Blue Card or relevant Working With Children Check (if over 18)
  • Australian First Aid/CPR certificate - or be happy to get one
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate between $45-$70 depending on experience.
