About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Rehab Management. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess injured workers to determine the best course of rehabilitation and return to work strategy.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing.
  • Visit workplaces to gain an understanding of the challenges faced by injured workers and provide education on injury prevention.
  • Case manage complex injuries and liaise with treating doctors and health professionals.
Requirements
  • AHPRA or ESSA registration and tertiary degree.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional rehabilitation services and a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and healthcare professionals.
