Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Specialist to drive business growth and financial performance through strategic insights.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager and provide crucial guidance to Finance Officers and Contracts Officers.

A key responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and timely financial processes, contribute to insightful reporting and analysis, and build strong relationships with business unit leaders to drive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare key finance reports, including month-end deliverables and variance analysis.
    • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage and support the preparation of pricing schedules, customer invoicing, and contract budget funding requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Statutory Compliance:
    • Ensure accuracy of all financial data and adhere to regulatory requirements.
