Job Title: Pharmaceutical Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of all processes related to stored material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and sign operation jobs under supervision.
  • Release shipments for distribution.
  • Manage product status physically and systematically following client instructions and internal guidelines.
  • Perform quality checks on relabeling processes in the absence of a Local Quality Representative.
  • Have deep knowledge of protocols stored at WC Depot to provide instructions to staff.
  • Act as Deputy Depot Pharmacist whenever required, supporting depot operational activities based on local legislation.
  • Ensure compliance with government legislative and local health requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with ICH, GMP, GCP, GDP, local regulatory requirements, legal requirements, and World Courier Internal Guidelines.
  • Comply with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform periodic Depot Self-Inspections to ensure everything at the Facility is working as established in SOPs.
  • Identify and report problems arising from personnel management that may be against working schedule.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent and/or required training in pharmaceutical service.
  • Sound computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to lift loads up to 20kg independently using safe lifting methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Problems solving skills.
  • Able to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
