About the Team
You will be part of a dedicated team that provides clinical assessment and intervention to prisoners who are at risk of suicide or self-harm, have mental health issues, or are struggling to cope with the prison environment. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive counselling services to individuals in custody
* Work with a diverse range of clients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse populations
* Develop and implement tailored support and interventions to enhance the overall well-being of inmates
* Collaborate with other team members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
