We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the administration of our Co-curricular programs.

This role is ideal for an experienced administrator with exceptional leadership skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will manage a team of administrators, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring seamless execution.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products desirable but not essential
  • Experience with bespoke software packages and systems
  • Team management or management of external providers
  • Excellent attention to detail and typing speed (70 WPM+ desirable)
  • A proven track record of preparing materials for large audiences
  • A commitment to supporting the ethos and values of the organization

Requirements
