Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our team as a Front Office Receptionist.
The role involves providing exceptional guest service, processing check-ins and outs, and managing accounts using our park booking system. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Housekeeping team to track accommodation readiness and supply guests with information about the property and local attractions.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and has previous experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience working in front office roles within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking Systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
