  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, design and CMS software
  • Know-how on cloud-based Microsoft programs such as OneDrive, SharePoint & Microsoft Teams
  • Practical understanding of email automation software, CRMs, and Google Analytics (to name a few)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or a related field
