About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our global Marketing Team in a full-time permanent role, based in Brisbane. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for facilitating the execution and ongoing optimisation of full through-the-line marketing campaigns across Australia, Canada and New Zealand, as well as delivering on key growth project areas for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns to agreed strategy and plans, ensuring we execute with excellence across all omni-channel touchpoints
  • Collaborate with our agency partners on media planning and execution
  • Work with channel teams across eComm, CRM, Product and VM to effectively support the campaign
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver campaign assets, key elements and campaign reporting on time
  • Liaise with product/merchandise to gather required assets and coordinate lifestyle and product shoot logistics
  • Work cross functionally across the various business departments to develop strong collaborative relationships
  • Work closely with the entire marketing function to ensure ongoing alignment and delivery of strategic priorities
About You
  • Strong digital and content marketing experience
  • Demonstrated campaign experience inhouse or agency
  • Understanding and passion for customer-led omni channel marketing
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work under pressure managing multiple projects
  • A critical thinker with strong communication skills, high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Curious, self-directed, self-starter with a flexible nature
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
