Key Retail Position:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist management in achieving targets and optimal consumer experience within a concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
  • Role model service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
  • Represent the brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
  • Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
  • Train and coach team to fine tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate team members to ensure efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor process.
  • Share best practices to drive overall team performance.
Requirements:
  • Leadership experience in retail preferably in apparel or sports footwear.
