We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Moves merchandise with a stand-up electric forklift or pallet jack, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Stacks merchandise in a neat and organized manner, maximizing storage capacity and minimizing damage to products.
- Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
