Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fyshwick, ACT. As a key member of our store's success, you will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for a variety of tasks including forklift operation, receiving and dispatching stock, picking and packing orders, and customer service.

  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential
  • A current Forklift License (LF) is required
  • Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growth
  • The ability to work every second Saturday (shorter day)
About This Role

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for:

  1. Forklift operation: safely loading and unloading trucks with various products
  2. Receiving and dispatching stock: efficiently managing incoming and outgoing inventory
  3. Picking and packing orders: accurately fulfilling customer and store orders
  4. Warehouse maintenance: maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and store
  5. Customer service: providing excellent service to customers face-to-face and over the telephone
  6. Merchandising and stock replenishment: assisting with store presentation and ensuring shelves are stocked
  7. Team collaboration: working closely with the Dispatch Manager and sales staff to ensure smooth operations
