Safety and Quality Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and Quality Manager to join our team.
Ambitious individuals with a strong background in Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, infection prevention, manual handling, and hazardous substances will excel in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored strategies to manage WHS risks across innovative healthcare settings. This includes providing specialist advice on relevant legislation, training staff, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive WHS risk management strategies to ensure safe working environments.
- Provide expert guidance on WHS legislation, infection control, and clinical governance best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, implement, and review policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
- Support accreditation processes and drive ongoing improvement initiatives across operations.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Degree qualifications in WHS, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Substantial experience in a WHS role within a healthcare setting.
- Proven understanding of safety regulations, infection control, and clinical governance principles.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
