Claims Officer, Workers Compensation Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Claims Officer to join our team at Coal Services. As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for processing invoices and managing claims-related administration and customer service activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely payment of accounts
- Registration of claims and early notifications
- Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management
- Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Business Administration Certificate (desirable)
- Invoicing/payroll/accounts payable experience
- Strong computer skills especially with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player with a focus on customer service excellence
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to learning
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone manner
