Established accounting firms in Brisbane CBD are now seeking experienced professionals to fill a Manager position.

This role represents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled individual to lead and manage a high-performing team, providing strategic guidance and oversight to drive business growth and success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members to achieve their full potential. They will also have a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a fee base of circa $1.5m
  • Review and oversee the work completed by the team
  • Train and mentor staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge
  • High-level advisory and complex compliance work
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's brand strategy and vision
Candidate Requirements
  • CA / CPA qualification
  • 10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
  • Proven track record in training and mentoring staff
  • Strong technical tax knowledge
  • Exceptional Xero experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
