Accounting leadership role available overseeing three recently acquired firms in Brisbane, offering a unique opportunity to drive business growth and development.

Based in Brisbane, this position will oversee the accounting business unit function, providing strategic direction and guidance to staff. The role also involves managing a client portfolio, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing input on business strategy and contributing to the development of the firm's overall vision.

- Overseeing the general management of the three accounting firms, ensuring effective operational processes are in place.

- Managing forecasted revenues against variances and budget, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

- Providing regular reports on achievements, setbacks, and mitigation strategies, with a focus on driving continuous improvement activities and derived efficiencies.

- Mentoring, coaching, and developing staff to achieve their full potential and contribute to the firm's success.

- Client portfolio management, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key clients.

Requirements include:

- At least 5 years' experience in Australian public practice managing business services client portfolios.

- CPA or CA qualification.

- Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or a Bachelor of Business (majoring Accounting).

- Full work rights in Australia.
