Role: Assistant Director
Key Job Responsibilities:- Drive continuous improvement across all centre operations as a leader.
- Mentor and build capabilities within the team.
- Manage the centre in the absence of the Centre Director.
- Implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.
About Our Centre:
- We have a 100-place centre located in a residential area close to schools, shops, and community facilities.
- The purpose-built centre features five separate learning spaces and a large outdoor area.

- You will work under the guidance of a supportive Centre Director with extensive experience in the sector.
