About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to take on a leadership position in our centre.
As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for leading the team and providing high-quality early learning and care.
- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the absence of the Centre Director
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
