Strategic Creative Producer

The role of Lead Creative Producer is a key position within our global business marketing team. As a talented and experienced creative producer, you will be responsible for leading a team of world-class creative marketers in partnerships with external agencies to develop innovative content solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand guidelines and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales and product teams, to ensure seamless integration of creative solutions across the customer journey.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying risks and issues that could impact timelines, budgets, and outcomes, and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in design or creative project management, preferably in a lead or senior producer role.
- A proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a keen ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with project tracking, creating organisational consensus, and managing deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
