Health, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to coordinate Health, Safety and Wellbeing initiatives while using existing systems efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Health, Safety and Wellbeing systems and reporting tools.
  • Support documentation and self-insurance requirements for risk management.
  • Maintain accurate registers for legal and risk matters, contractors, and chemicals.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, and training programs to ensure compliance.
  • Assist with learning modules and wellbeing initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
  • Provide administrative support for Health, Safety and Wellbeing meetings and governance activities.
  • Process HSW-related invoices and maintain accurate data entry.
  • Support social compliance activities, including SMETA administration.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
