About the Role:

The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Project Consultant is accountable for planning, developing, delivering and monitoring high quality health, safety and wellbeing management systems.

  • This includes designing and implementing policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff on health, safety and wellbeing matters.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on health, safety and wellbeing performance metrics.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will require:

  • A degree in Occupational Health and Safety Management, Health Science / Psychology, Risk Management or other related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing health, safety and wellbeing management systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
