Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team and drive financial strategy, stabilise systems and enable growth across the business.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the finance function, overseeing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. They will manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to support resilience and growth. Additionally, they will provide strategic financial advice and analysis to senior leadership, optimise financial processes and reporting, ensure tax, statutory and regulatory compliance, deliver meaningful insights and modelling to support strategic and commercial decisions, partner with operational leaders to streamline project and financial performance, and mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification with a strong technical accounting background
  • At least 10 years' senior financial management experience
  • Demonstrated success in stabilising or transforming finance functions during change
  • Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollouts or stabilisation (preferably Dynamics 365)
