Investment Sales Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique chance for an experienced investment sales professional to lead capital raising initiatives across unlisted property trusts.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide market insights, feedback, and trend analysis to refine fundraising strategy and investor experience.
  • Maintain accurate investor records, performance tracking, and reporting to inform strategic engagement and reinvestment planning.
  • Oversee investor onboarding, due diligence processes, and compliance checks under AFSL and AUSTRAC obligations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Asset Management, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment on offering terms and investor communications.
  • Represent the company in investor briefings, conferences, events, and virtual meetings to enhance market visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality investment marketing materials, IMs, investment decks, webinars, and face-to-face presentations.
  • Conduct investor profiling and segmentation to tailor investment offerings and presentations to strategic audiences.
  • Originate, build, and manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, family offices, wealth advisors, and wholesale platforms.
  • Lead end-to-end capital raising campaigns across unlisted property investment funds, from initial strategy to close.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years' experience in investment sales, commercial property or fund distribution
  • Proven Success: Proven success in wholesale investor capital raising or property fund distribution
  • Skill Set: Strong knowledge of unlisted trust structures and investor compliance requirements, excellent commercial acumen and client relationship skills
  • Educational Background: Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Property, or Commerce (preferred)
