Job Overview

As a seasoned Civil Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of complex projects across capital water infrastructure, including wastewater pump stations, new water and wastewater pipelines, network renewals, and water main replacements.

The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success. You will be at the forefront of civil construction initiatives, including water and wastewater treatment plants, expansive networks, and critical asset renewal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, coordinate, and deliver complex projects varying in size and scope.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Support budget management processes and collaborate with senior project managers to optimize cost and implement improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with design teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to support optimal delivery.
Requirements
  • Engineering qualification with substantial experience managing civil projects on capital infrastructure.
  • Project Management certification and RPEQ or willingness to obtain.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic contracting service-oriented environments.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
