We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne. As a clinical expert, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of participants (ages 0-65) with both physical and mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities- Providing high-quality care to participants with a variety of physical and mental disabilities to enhance their well-being and quality of life.
- Working collaboratively with individuals, families, and carers to promote dignity, respect, inclusion, and empowerment.
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.
- Mentoring and supporting peers and support staff to improve clinical practice and outcomes.
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Therapy and current SPA registration.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, including psychosocial disabilities.
- Ability to provide advanced clinical advice and mentorship.
- Tailored caseloads based on your strengths and areas of expertise.

- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
