Job Opportunity:

Drake International is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their team in Kilsyth. As a key member of the manufacturing team, you will train to operate state-of-the-art paper and cardboard machines to produce customised products for major clients.

About the Role:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and running different machines and equipment, performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, loading sets, and meeting production schedules. You will also be required to perform manual labour tasks, such as cleaning and warehouse duties, while maintaining a safe and complaint work environment.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience operating machinery across any sector, with a mechanical aptitude and understanding. You must be reliably respectful and hardworking, eager to learn and grow, and fit and able to perform manual tasks. Additionally, you will be required to meet our client's employment criteria, which includes a criminal history check and pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
