Paper Machine Technician

Job Opportunity:

Drake International is seeking a skilled Paper Machine Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating and running state-of-the-art paper and cardboard machines to produce customised products for major clients.

About the Role:

We are looking for a mechanically-minded individual with a strong understanding of machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining different machines and equipment, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, and meeting production schedules.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience operating machinery across any sector, a mechanical aptitude and understanding, and a reliability and respect for your colleagues and the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and run different machines and equipment
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Load set and run daily operations and meet production schedules
• Manual labour as required - cleaning and warehouse duties
• Safety focused and complaint
