Job Title: Cybersecurity Leader

About the Role

TEG is a global fan experience company that delivers live events. Our Group includes our Fan Experience Platform, event promotion with businesses across touring, sport, and family experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategy and policies across IT environments
  • Conduct risk assessments to protect fan data and critical business systems
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business resilience programs
  • Manage cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards for robust governance
  • Mentor internal security teams while managing external service providers
  • Oversee information security education
  • Provide strategic briefings to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior Information Security leadership
  • CISSP or equivalent accreditation
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence at board level
  • Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management standards
  • Demonstrated track record of implementing cybersecurity initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and team leadership capabilities
