Job Opportunity: Secure Our Operations

We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee our Security Operations team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading high-performance teams and hands-on expertise in information security technologies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead high-performing teams
  • Develop, implement, and maintain information security technologies
  • Cultivate and manage remote team members
  • Analyze risks, prioritize threats, and develop mitigation strategies
  • Familiarity with AWS services, especially those related to security
  • In-depth understanding of Linux operating systems and security-related logging
  • Effective communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performance teams
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with information security technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Strong analytical skills for risk-based prioritization
  • Hands-on knowledge of information security technologies
