As the business continues to scale and modernise its internal platforms, they're now looking to bring on theirfirst dedicated Information Security Managersomeone who can take full ownership of internal security governance, align processes with ISO 27001-level standards, and build a practical, scalable security culture from the ground up.
It's a high-impact role, perfect for someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level and wants the autonomy to shape how security works in a dynamic, service-led environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and ownership of the company'sInformation Security Policy (ISP)
Ensure day-to-day operations are aligned with policy, and update both where needed
Build and maintain arisk register, and lead mitigation planning
Run internal investigations into any security breaches or process gaps
Review systems and processes to ensuresecurity is built into delivery
Leadregular security reviewswith key internal stakeholders
What You'll BringStrong working knowledge ofISO 27001or similar frameworks (e.g. NIST, SOC 2)
Proven experience leading or building outinternal security governance
Ability to work across bothtechnical and business teams
Hands-on experience withrisk, compliance, and incident response
Bonus: background infinancial services, consulting, or other regulated environments
